Have you ever wanted to go skydiving but knew you could only do it if someone pushed you out of the plane?

That’s what this has been like for me.

Joe Sky Dive

I found out last month (Oct 2019) that I'd been laid off from my employer of 12+ years in a cost-cutting move.

I’d wanted to go solo with Test Guild since I started my online Guild conferences three years ago, but I hadn’t dared to make a move.

That’s one reason I moved from RI to TN—to lower my wife’s and my cost of living, so when I did leave my employer, I could make a better go with my own business.

Now, a month after getting pink-slipped, the shock has pretty much worn off, and I'm actually happy about it.

I now have time to plan and create more automation awesomeness for y'all.

So you can expect even more automation awesomeness from the Test Guild!

But, I want to be sure that I'm working on things that add value for YOU.

So if there’s a conference or podcast topic you want to see covered, or you maybe have an idea for a one-day summit, course, etc., let me know!

I'm always excited about focusing all my time on running. the best online automation conference in the world, Automation Guild.

Make sure to join us for our annual event every February.

It seems I’m busier now than when I was basically working two jobs :)

I just wanted to let you know what I've been up to.

Thanks again for your support and your testing awesomeness! I’m looking forward to receiving your feedback.
