Harinee has been the Security Practice Lead for India for more than 3 years and a product owner and core contributor to Talisman. She is currently co-leading the Capability function for ThoughtWorks India. She joined ThoughtWorks, over a decade ago, as a Quality Analyst. Application security has been her passion since then and striving for the best quality in delivery is an obsession. She has been conducting training sessions and workshops for security practices through delivery processes. She focuses mainly on defensive security and is an evangelist for security practices in an Agile delivery setup. She is passionate about encouraging innovations and is also the recipient of Women in Corporate award for ‘Luminary in Innovation'.
