The Cost of Inaction (COI) profoundly affects QA testing teams by escalating expenses and impairing quality. Neglecting early defect identification and mitigation leads to costly post-release bug fixes, consumes more time, and damages product reputation. COI in QA can result in a poor user experience, customer churn, and negative reviews, ultimately eroding market competitiveness. Additionally, security vulnerabilities may expose the organization to data breaches and regulatory fines. To mitigate COI, QA teams must emphasize early testing, automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement to enhance product quality, reduce costs, and preserve brand integrity.

Learn how to avoid common COI pitfalls for:

  • Performance (UX testing)
  • Shift Right
  • Generative AI

In this webinar you’ll learn:

  • QA & DevOps strategies to ensure a great UX
  • Shift Right; how to avoid late-stage testing
  • Generative AI - enabling data-driven decision-making with test automation

We’ll also walk you through a Spooktacular Demo showcasing how AI efficiencies can be applied to your testing!
