A Playwright Visual Regression Runner: 39 lines of TypeScript

There are times when simple Manual Testing and Smoke Testing isn’t enough.

When you are deploying 8-10 sites with hundreds of pages each, manual testing can allow you to check a dozen pages or so. Smoke Testing covers the critical paths.

This session will help you reduce the pressure of manual validation post-deployment.

The Automation Maturity Pyramid: A Framework for Growth

Many teams build large automation suites without a roadmap, leading to flakiness, slow feedback, and unclear value.

Leaders struggle to prove the ROI of automation or decide what to prioritize next. Testers often focus only on adding more tests instead of improving stability, speed, or business impact.

Without a maturity model, teams lack a shared language to assess progress and align on growth goals.

This session will give teams a maturity framework -- create a shared roadmap: a way to assess current state, identify gaps, and prioritize improvements that align automation with business goals.

Agentic AI in Security Testing: Building first Real‑world Autonomous QA Agents

Release cadence outpaces hand-authored tests; dynamic UIs and headers change faster than scripts.
Traditional frameworks don’t reason, use tools, or self-correct;

GenAI alone doesn’t close the loop.
Security and quality signals are fragmented (browser, network, policy); no autonomous layer connects them.

Teams need operational AI—LLM agents that run workflows (not just generate snippets).

Net: Without agentic patterns (Sense→Plan→Act→Reflect + Memory/Tools), AI remains a helper, not a testing co-worker.

AI-powered performance testing to ensure app reliability

Performance testing provides a complex set of challenges dealing with requirements like scalability, reliability, and speed under varying loads.

Effectively managing these dimensions require you to have deep knowledge of frameworks and provide a large number of inputs to setup and run load tests.

The performance metric outputs are complex and difficult for teams to analyse. This entire process is expensive and time-consuming.

This session will teach you how to use AI to quickly create load tests and analyse test results and get recommendations on how to fix performance bottlenecks in your applications.

The ROI-Driven Automation Blueprint: A Practical Guide to Proving Your Value and Securing Buy-In

Most automation engineers and QA leads struggle to clearly demonstrate the business value of their automation efforts.

When leadership asks, “What’s the ROI of your automation?” the answer often feels vague or purely technical.

This session solves that by giving attendees a practical, repeatable way to calculate, communicate, and prove the ROI of their automation — in terms that win executive trust and investment.

DAY & TIME: TBD

Be the CEO of Your Testing Career

Many testers feel stuck in their careers - doing daily work but not standing out, struggling to show their value, or unsure how to grow into leadership roles.

In this session, Anna will use her own career journey - from starting as a freelance tester to becoming a Principal Test Engineer, mentor, and speaker - to show attendees how to break out of the status quo.

She will share practical techniques that helped her take ownership of her career and build a lasting professional brand, so testers can apply them to accelerate their own growth.

Context Engineering for Testers

Gen AI is a general purpose technology. For testers, context is the king. If context is not engineered well, AI will continue to produce shallow and general results, regardless of how carefully we craft our prompts.

In this talk, we will dive into the practical aspects of context engineering and how it can improve your overall AI assistance.

From Manual to Scalable: Building a QA Strategy that Powers Growth

Many QA teams struggle with test automation adoption. Either their automation isn’t scalable, their test suites become brittle, or they can’t influence the wider team to trust and use the results.

This session will tackle how to build automation that scales with the product and culture, not against it.

Pyramids are Ancient. Let’s Build a Testing Skyscraper!

Everyone knows the Testing Pyramid. It’s been a universal model for testing strategies for nearly two decades. To question the wisdom of the ancients is controversial but necessary. Times have changed, and so has test automation.

New tools like Playwright and Cypress challenge past norms. Smarter ways to cover APIs cut out middle management. If we as an industry carefully consider alternatives, then we will see that all tests are good because they mitigate different risks and that one size structure does not fit all teams.

This session will help you build a more modern, relevant way of planning your tests.

LLMs 101

LLMs are new and LLMs are scary. The entire way that humanity has built, tested, and shipped software has (seemingly) been flipped on its head with the introduction of LLMs and Generative AI. So how are we supposed to test these things??

This talk seeks to de-magic-ify LLMs and the apps that will be built utilizing this new crazy tech and show that testing these things is not really all that different from what we've all been doing our entire careers.

Quality Strategy and the Art of Keeping Automation Worth the Cost

It is easy to just say "test all the things", but as we all know, that rather quickly becomes unmaintainable. So how do you start from the beginning with a "worth the cost" approach and change over time to continue covering an ever changing product?

This session will give you the techniques for creating strategies and evolving to challenges faced.

CTRL+ALT+Test: Rebooting automation strategy for the next decade

Many teams are stuck with outdated or brittle automation strategies that don’t scale, can’t prove ROI, and crumble under tool transitions (e.g., migrating to Playwright).

This session will tackle how to reboot automation with modern, stable, and ROI-driven practices.

Taming your AI dragon : A true story of enterprise grade AI test transformation

Practical, governed AI is no longer optional—it’s the only scalable way to keep quality high while moving faster.

But teams who “AI everything,” burn resources without a ruthless ROI model.

Using Claude Code AI to grow my automation skill set (learning Playwright)

Many people who know Selenium or Cypress are encouraged to learn Playwright. We sometimes hear that the best way to learn is to just do it.

Why not have Claude Code right there with you in VS Code helping you learn as you experiment?

It's a pair programmer with you 24/7 as you learn.

Alejandro used it to learn Playwright while also trying the Pop-Up Challenge at candymapper.com.

This session will show you how to use Claude Code as a way to learn new frameworks that feels less daunting.

What is the Time Zone for this online event? What if I can’t attend LIVE?

All LIVE sessions usually take place from 10 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time Zone.

The exact day-wise and time slot for each session is being finalized and will be updated soon.

If you can’t make it LIVE, no worries.

Because with your ticket, you’ll also get Lifetime Access to:
⇨ Every session (+Q&A) recording - based on your 3-day or 5-day access

In fact, if you can not attend the LIVE Q&As - you can submit your questions to me ahead of time and I will ask the speaker LIVE.

After the conference is over I will edit all the LIVE Q&A and place each speakers individual Q&A session under their speaker’s page so you will be able to view their session and Q&A from the same location.

⇨ Complete LIVE chat transcripts
⇨ Session transcripts

⇨ Any PDF resources shared by the speakers

Apart from this 3-day ticket holders get:
⇨ Bonus #1: Automation Guild community of 2600+ software professionals - where you can ask questions, get feedback, find solutions, and network with them - throughout the year.
Bonus #2: Test Automation Accelerator — 1 new LIVE training (+Q&A) session each month w/ a community expert — from Mar '26 to Nov '26

Can you create a custom invoice for me?

Yes, absolutely.

Here’s what you need to do:

Step #1: Just proceed with registration using your preferred payment mode.

Step #2: After that, email me at
[email protected] with the details you require on your custom invoice.

That’s it. Shortly after, I’ll send your custom invoice so you can claim your reimbursement.

Should I get a 3-day ticket or a 5-day ticket?

If you’re only interested in topics related to functional automation, the 3-Day event is right for you.

However, if you’d like to expand your knowledge on other critical automation topics (non-functional automation) such as:
• Performance testing
• Security testing
• DevOps
• CI/CD
• Chaos engineering
• Accessibility testing, etc.

Then you should most certainly opt for the
best value option: The Complete 5-Day E2E Event.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

No Questions Asked.

How does Automation Guild work?

1) Automation Guild online conference is a single track event.

2) All LIVE activity takes place in the EDT/EST time zone (usually 10AM - 6:00PM).

3) I ask the speakers to pre-record their sessions ahead of time to ensure the best video/audio quality while streaming at the LIVE event.

I try to add these training sessions to attendees account a week BEFORE the LIVE event to give folks a chance to watch ahead of time if they want.

4) I ask all speakers to keep there sessions to 25 minutes.

5) During the LIVE conference days, I stream the pre-recorded training session -- followed by a LIVE Q&A with the speaker.

6) All activities during LIVE conference days are recorded and uploaded to the site (attendees' account) within 24hrs.

7) We use private channels for questions and communications.

8) The history of LIVE chat is saved as a PDF and uploaded to the site (attendees' account) after the event as well.

9) If someone can't attend the LIVE Q&As they submit their questions to me ahead of time and I ask the speaker on their behalf.

10) This is like a hybrid conference/membership event. Attendees can log in to their account and rewatch all training sessions + Q&As forever.

All videos can also be downloaded locally.

11) All session videos will also have transcripts.

How should I approach my company to pay (or reimburse) for my ticket?

If your company has an education budget for employees...Or you just want to put forth a value proposition for AG 2026 in front of your manager, this might help:

>>> Google Doc (Email Template)

All you need to do is make a copy of this document. And then simply edit the email template to suit your needs.

How do I register as a team?

If you are registering access for more than one person - select the number of tickets accordingly on the next page.

For eg. If your group has 2 members choose a quantity of 2. If it has 5 choose a quantity of 5 and so forth.

The ticket/lifetime access price is per attendee.

For more details, please refer payment info above.

Do you offer any payment plans?

Lifetime access to all video training + Q&A sessions, transcripts & resources, and joining our Automation Guild community can only be unlocked for a one-time investment of $327 for the 5-day event and $227 for the 3-day event.

However, since you
signed up for the early bird offer -- you can claim it until 1st Dec, 2025 (12 pm UTC).

That said, I understand the amounts carry a different weight for testers from various countries and financial situations.

That’s why I suggest looking at this as an investment in yourself...and evaluate it from an ROI point of view.

Q #1: Would getting lifetime access to practical and real-world knowledge of the world's top automation experts - help you get a higher salary and open up more (and better) opportunities?

Q #2: Would 24/7 access to 2600+ skilled testers help you get quick solutions, avoid mistakes, save a ton of time, and enable you to reach your goals faster?

Q #3: Simply put - would it give you back way more than your investment in AG 2026 - just like it has for all the testers in our community?

Asking yourself the above 3 questions will help you make the best decision for your current situation.

Besides...

I don’t want you worrying about losing your investment…

That’s why I also offer an
unconditional 180-day "Love it or Leave it" 100% money-back guarantee.

And honestly, I don’t know of any other online conference in the world that gives 100% of the investment back.
